I am so happy to offer this new series of ballerina dolls in my shop. My daughter is a dancer and we love all things ballet in this house, so it's a joy to work on these little ballerinas. After many redesigns I finally landed on this design that both Phoebe and I think captures the spirit of a ballerina, with her graceful curved arms and long straight legs on pointe.

Delphine is 16" tall, with firmly stuffed linen body and button joints on arms and legs. Her facial features are embroidered. Her dark brown hair is a blend of two yarns, a wool blend and a mohair and is done up in a permanent bun. Her hair accessory is on a clip and is removable. Her fully lined dress is made from chartreuse satin with a hand rouched bodice and a tutu skirt of embroidered, sequined tulle. Her ballet shoes are made from a gold knit fabric and the laces are tied in back and can be relaced.

This doll is an art doll. She is delicate and is not intended for young children or heavy play. This doll is not for children under 3. There are handsewn parts that could come unattached and become hazardous. Spot clean as needed.
