raggedy

Since I decided to punk out on cooking for Phoebe’s party I had just enough time to squeeze in another present.. this little Miss Raggedy Ann.

I had this idea for her hair — it’s strips of cotton quilted down to wool as a batting — stuck in my head and it was perfect for a Raggedy Ann doll. She’s a little crazy-haired but Phoebe seems pleased. Of course she’ll go after just about anything with a face on it.… More

miss bunny

I’m working on new baby and birthday (someone‘s turning one very soon) gifts. I think Miss Bunny here might work for someone on my list.

Hope everyone had a nice Mother’s Day. We had all our official hullabaloo on Saturday so on Sunday we were free to just putter. Heaven! Hallmark should start a Puttering Day. I’d be all over that! I’d take myself out for a nice Puttering Day brunch and then get to it.… More

stitching business

So I just sewed a pair of doll legs on backwards for the third time. THIRD! So I’m taking a little computer break. How about some relaxing embroidery instead. The Bear & Bunny pattern is up now on the freebies page. And thanks for asking after the Tulip Fairy, she and her friends will be up in the shop later this week.
