Thanks for all the book love yesterday! I didn't realize how good it would feel to share it finally, even if it is only the sneak peek. One thing I learned while working on the book is that I'm not a big fan of top secret projects. Doing a book is sort of the exact opposite of blogging. I started a blog because I wanted to share my projects, see other people's projects, participate in "a-longs" and swaps, make friends, … More

Olle Eksell
I’m trying to find pretty pictures to make me happy today. This new book (Olle Eksell: Swedish Graphic Designer) of mine seems to be doing the trick. Also a little depressing though since I can’t seem to find two spare minutes for a creative thought.

As promised, here are some pics from the cool japanese fashion magazine I picked up, the february issue of SO-EN. The issue seems to be all about pattern and is entitled Textile File 2010. I’ll be pouring over this magazine for a long time. So much to absorb.
The first section is “minä perhonen textile journey” and it’s amazing. This is a new designer to me. Internet you’ve been holding out on me! Guess I’m falling behind in my … More
