April is taking a brief break from sucking this weekend. I’m not counting chickens but am grateful. Also grateful for my sweet friend Carol and my cute new chick shack.

My Book
A captivating gang of 24 huggable, lovable creatures to sew—from classics like Margot, a topsy-turvy doll, and the button-jointed teddy bear Bjorn Bjornson, to irresistible Evelyn, a wool felt inchworm decked out in mod glasses and a kerchief, and Koji, a fiercely cute spiked softie monster. There’s something for everyone here—from kids to grown-ups and from beginning sewers to advanced dollmakers. Published by STC Craft, August, 2010.
What a perfect chick shack!
That chick shack is adorable! Love it!
That field of eggs is spectacular!
Phoebe’s dress! Please tell.
look at all those eggs!
Happy Easter! Look at all those eggs! The kids must have been out of their minds with glee.
Oh man that picture of all the eggs on the grass is a kids paradise!!! I remember loving that kind of thing when I was young. So much fun =)

Wow. I wish I had ever gotten to do an egg hunt like that growing up. It looks fantastic, even if the eggs were just the silly plastic shells with nothing in them it would be fun to search for them.
Wow! That is a lot of eggs!
