It's so fun to unpack them and remember all over again the fun projects we made together. We have a small fake tree that we put up in the family room that is all handmade ornaments. I'm gazing at it now and itching to get out the glue gun. But today is a day for taking a nap under a Christmas quilt. Why does the craftiest time of the year have to coincide with the sickest?

My Book
A captivating gang of 24 huggable, lovable creatures to sew—from classics like Margot, a topsy-turvy doll, and the button-jointed teddy bear Bjorn Bjornson, to irresistible Evelyn, a wool felt inchworm decked out in mod glasses and a kerchief, and Koji, a fiercely cute spiked softie monster. There’s something for everyone here—from kids to grown-ups and from beginning sewers to advanced dollmakers. Published by STC Craft, August, 2010.
I bought that Christmas Dreams pattern from you when you first released it and let my children choose their head, bed, and dream. I made two little pillows from the embroideries. So cute!
Amen to the craftiest/sickest. Sorry it’s at your house, too.
Sick here too. Tis the season!
I can’t wait to see what you are up to this season. I loved seeing your Clara on pinterest =)

I know what you mean about Christmas projects being the best. The time you take to make something for just a certain time of the year is quite special. Lots of smiles when it is time to decorate!
