I was going to take more paper doll photos today but it's hot and I can't move from in front of the blowing fan so how about instead I share this adorable Chloe doll Saartje made for her cutie daughter Lotte that I found this morning in the Kit, Chloe and Louise flickr group.
How dang cute is that! Lotte's curls make me wonder if I should give Phoebe a haircut. The curls look so sweet when they're short but I don't know if I can give up the pigtails. Think I'll sit here in front of the fan and ponder that for a bit.
I love both cute little dolls!(Especially the one on the left.) I have been glancing through your blog. Paperdolls…oh the memories. I loved them so much as a little girl. Money was tight and it was one of the few things that we could afford…what a treat.
Yes I’ve been looking at the great paperdolls too and that Lottie is sooo cute !
Ooh, be careful with the curls! My sweet Josie had the prettiest little ringlets as a baby, but they were gone with her first haircut (when she was four, since I suspected that it would be the end of them!)
oh my that is one cute chloe
that girl is so adorable too.
My son’s curls disappeared with the first hair cut also.
I read that baby curls are a leftover hormone from mother or something and go away after they are cut off. (unless the curls are in the genes)
I finally cut my daughters hair since I didn’t like the hillbilly mullet when she took the piggies out. It looks sweet all short and even has a wee bit of curl if I scrunch it while wet. Or at least that is what I tell myself.
I LOVE the dolly. I need to put a face/hair on my dolly I made.
Thank you for all of your compliments!
I haven’t cut Lotte’s hair yet, I guess we’re a bit lazy about it. I must say whenever you post a picture of Phoebe, it makes me think about cutting Lotte’s hair!
look how attentive the little one is. 🙂 cute, cute.
She’s adorable, reading to the little doll! We just had our first haircut here, letting go of the pigtails, but I do love the sweet curls. I’m sure the pigtails aren’t far off…
