My Book
A captivating gang of 24 huggable, lovable creatures to sew—from classics like Margot, a topsy-turvy doll, and the button-jointed teddy bear Bjorn Bjornson, to irresistible Evelyn, a wool felt inchworm decked out in mod glasses and a kerchief, and Koji, a fiercely cute spiked softie monster. There’s something for everyone here—from kids to grown-ups and from beginning sewers to advanced dollmakers. Published by STC Craft, August, 2010.
Crazy cute! that quilt is beyond description too, love the colors.
oh, i was hoping you would post the naked pics! so adorable! with a shoe and a hat! too cute!
loves!!
what a cute little guy!
and I’m with vicki….i am eyeing that quilt! 🙂
i love the one shoe on…haha.
.♥.
Oh my gosh they are perhaps even more adorable with only one shoe and a hat on!! I hope that does not sound weird!
The birdie is ADORABLE!!
but Oh MY that **QUILT**
awwww…what a wittle cutie. =D
I love it–So cute with the one littel shoe. Dear, dear blue jay!
Me too. I was looking at the quilt – thinking how did she do that ?
And then I saw the naked little chicken.
And I fell in love.
Aiiiieeee! So nice. Big grins over here.
And it reminds me of what I’m like when I get home – since I was coordinated enough to get out of my clothing, my mother had to fight to keep anything on me. Still, when I get home, I take off my jacket, and then my shoes and my socks, and then … well, now I CHANGE shirts. It’s not so much about being naked as just taking clothes off. It also horrified my mother that I liked to take all the clothes off of dolls (which is really just because the most fun part is to play with the doll clothes!)
What a cutie bird!
Again…way too cute! I love the one shoe thing. That’s about how I’ve been feeling all day….like I am only half there with one shoe off and one on.(not naked LOL!!!) Does that make any sense?? Anyway…it just made my day :o) So cute! Love the quilt as well!
Holy jay bird its cute!
funny that quilt is your background, i’ve been thinking about it a lot lately…love that it’s make another appearance!
too cute, i love how the hat looks like an acorn top 🙂
one shoe and a hat naked-the best kind.
MY EYES! Won’t someone think of the children?!?
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Is he going to be in the booklet? (hint hint).
I love the slimness of the little bird’s wings / legs … very delicate
Adorable. I also think he’s so cute without his fancy clothes…if that’s not way weird somehow! Love the quilt, too?
I’d say your design is getting more refined, but that doesn’t quite fit it: he’s simply sublime! I love it, Hillary!
Oh the jaybird is adorable beyond belief but I have to echo the others-that quilt is stealing the show!

Love the one red patch. Makes it!
I like the way the bird looks against the gorgeous quilt. I keep forgetting about grey – what a lovely color.
he he he … this makes me giggle hardcore.
